Career advice needed from any NDT Professionals

Hi,
My qualification is Diploma in Foundry Technology, Having 10 years of exp in continuous processing industry, presently working in Dubai.
I am seeing lot of vacancies related to NDT jobs, am thinking now to change my career to NDT.
Is it advisable to change my career with 10 years of exp in manufacturing industry?

I dont have ASNT Certification but my diploma course includes detailed study about NDT.
If i apply for the job, will the employer consider me?

Pls suggest me a NDT training institute with in UAE to obtain ASNT certification in MT,PT.
