Help!

Hello ex-pat experts!

Both myself and my partner have made the decision that we would like to move over to Dubai to live and work.

We have many friends who have done the same thing; however this has always been in a sales capacity.

My background is within Marketing Communications/PR/Events whereas my partner’s background is in Graphic Design – both agency and client side.

I have seen a number of roles that look interesting but I wanted to ask you your advice on how re-locating to a country such as Dubai works before applying for these, as often the descriptions are vague.

With our fields of work would it be likely that we would receive a relocation package; i.e. – accommodation? car allowance?

We are both very keen to start applying and get the ball rolling but if there are no relocation packages then this may halt our plans for a while.

Any good advice? Websites? Forums?
