Moving to Dubai Salary

Hi
I've been offered a job based in Dubai as a store manager for an international fashion house and they have offered me a monthly salary (inc housing allowance) of 23000AED they have also offered the standard yearly ticket back home, medical insurance for me and my husband and a one off relocation cash allowance of 21000AED. I also have a potential bonus of 9000AED monthly based on sales performance (so not guaranteed each month)
I will be relocating with my husband but he doesn't have a job yet do you think my husband and I could live comfortably on this salary until he finds a job?
My husband works as a maintenance manager in Australia (holds and Australian passport) do you think he would find a job quickly or would it take time? Also if you could recommend any recruitment agents or companies for my husband that would be great!
