MS

I was diagnosed with MS when working in another country in the Middle East. Currently, I am thinking of applying jobs at universities but I am really anxious about disease. It is not aggressive, as I have continued working and still working but I have
a few questions in mind:
1- will l fail the health check, blood, and the others as I do not know how comprehensive it is.
2- I am on medication and will I be able to bring my tablets(medication) with me to the country?
3-Do I need to disclose it to my employer at the very beginning?
4- How does the system work, currently my university covers the cost.
5- What is the probation period?
