What should I do when first arriving in UK?

20 years ago
I am holding a British passport (but obtain in HK and never been in UK before)

Could anyone help me to advise me the following:

1) I am planning to stay in UK for a period of time, what should I do when first arriving in UK?

2) Where can I get a British ID card? How to register?

3) Do I need to obtain a medical card? Where and How?

4) Any other things I should do when I first arrive, beside looking for accommodation?
