Advice Needed Urgently about UK Visas!!

Hi there everyone. i need ur help urgently.Me and my german fiance have lived in england for two years on a working holiday visa.
since i am from namibia i had to leave her and the uk behind. now a year and a half later we still not togther and i urgently want to get back to the uk or irland. i have called almost all embassies requiring help but it seems like there is no way out but marriage! Since she is still studing in germany she cant get married yet financial wise. so we are looking for an alternative option. so GUYS if there is anyone that can help us with information i ll so much appreciate it. i also have to tried to get more information about study visas but i just dont know where to get started and what i ll need first. does anyone know wether i can get a study visa if i spent already 2 years in uk without spending like 7000 pounds tuition fees!!!! PLEASE HELP SINCE WE DONT KNOW A WAY OUT!!!!!!!
