Moving to the UK from the US

Hello,

I am planning to move to the UK from the US soon. My future husband is an Indian doctor in the UK. He has his own practive and works as an Orthopedic Surgeon. I like to know if you think this is a practive approach? Will I find UK a hard place to live or not?
