Move the UK. Let's go for it!

Life is short! Ive had cancer two times in 9 years and I'm under 30. My husband and I have decided that we would like to live in the UK for a while and do some traveling. He is in a competitive industry that is always looking for good talent. We did a currency conversion and saw that he would be making about $82,000 US if he worked for a company in the UK. He could ask for more though. He makes more than that here in the states. We live in an expensive city and know that London is not cheap. I have good friends who live in Muswell Hill and would enjoy living near them,but we also have two small dogs. Can any one give me advice on where we should live that is near a line and near a good place to walk your pets? I saw a place online in Castelnau. How far away is this from London? We are hoping to rent a two bedroom, if at all possible. Any advice would be appreciated. thank you.
