Moving to UK with car and dog and kids...soon!

Please help me with advice on how best to move back to UK! I have to have a relocation company lined up in the next 2 weeks and must move from PA to Lewes, East Sussex by Nov. 1st.
I have alot of video and computer equipment that cannot be damaged in this moved and must be heavily insured. My car is not running....is it cheaper to import it there not running or should I get it fixed before I leave?
