about working VISA for big 4 in London

I am considering applying for a position in big 4 accounting firm in London due to some personal reasons. Does anybody have any idea if this is workable and how to manage?

I am from and in Shanghai, China currently,working as a consultant at one of the big 4 china office, I've read through the recruitment info. for those open London big 4 vacancies, and I am sure I have all the professional qualifications they desire. I can't talk to my local partners for inter-office transfer at the moment, so I have to try on my own.
