RE-location- Advise needed

I am planning to relocate with my family from Singapore to London for a 3 year period very soon.

I am currently in the final phase of negotiating an employment packageil in the Euston area.

As this will be my first overseas assignment , I am vey anxious as to where will be a suitable plade to move in.

I have 3 young school going boys from the age of 7 to 9.
I need some advise on any specific area that I should look into in regards to good schools and a friendly/ relatively safe neighbourhood.

I was told that I should definetly leave outside London ( eg. Luton,watford) as the price of rental property is astronomical.

I would also apprecaite if I could get some advise on what type of terms and conditions that I should look into before finalising the work package.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
