London Expat Package Help!!!

Hi,

I am due to transfer to my company's London office come October 1, and just received my relocation offer now. I am hoping someone can assist me in deciding whether I need to negotiate more from my offer or whether my concerns are unfounded. See below for a current summary as compared to my relo offer.

Current Salary: $96K US in San Francisco bay area

Proposed Salary: 52K GBP
Relocation Assistance: 3K GBP
Housing: 1 month temporary housing

My concern is that this salary may be too low without some sort of cost of living adjustment, and am really worried about everything I have heard regarding the expenses of living in London. Any thoughts?
