Help accomodation

Hi all,

I will have to stay in London for about 7 days in around 1 month and desperately need to find a cheap accomodation in paddington/bayswater area. I have been there before but the places where I stayed were awful and even saw small black animals of all types and shape (you don't wanna know...) so I need to find a clean or at least decent place for myself for max 18 pounds per night...please help!!!
