Moving company recommendations?

Hi all,

I'm gearing up to move my family from San Francisco to London in a few months. My relo package covers a move of 5,000 pounds of household goods (1/2 container) and I'm supposed to pick the lower of 2 bids.

Can anyone recommend a reputable moving company to pack and ship from SF to London? I've read some real horror stories online and would love to hear a positive experience on a moving company. Also, any rough ballpark budget I should keep in mind? Any other watchouts?
