I am negotiating a company move from Rome to London. I would like to propose the following to my company and I wanted to check if it makes sense (too low or too much):

Salary: from Euro 100K to Pounds 85K
Housing: Pounds 3000 / month
School: ????

Other benefits I would maintain as they are (car, health benefits, pension plan, phone, etc.)

I am married with 2 children
