Moving to London from NYC

Hello,

I have been offered to move to my company's London office. Are there things that they should offer as a minimum? I make $70k in NY, any ideas on how to translate my salary to pounds. I have a feeling I am going to have to have to tell them the number, and I am unsure how to calculate it. I want to continue to have the same standard of living. My job will have more responsibilities, so I am due an increase in pay as well.

Any help would be great. Oh, and my company is cheap, so if I dont ask for it, there is no way they will offer it to me.
