The cost of kindergarten

I currently in the process of negating a relocation from Israel to the UK as a an IT project manager.
I have been offered 130,000 $ a year + one time relocation bonus of 15,000 $.
My company offices are located in central London.
I am married with one charming 2 year old kid.
I hold a citizenship of an EU country (Germany) but my wife only has an Israeli citizenship.
After using an online tax calculator I figured out that after taxes I would be left with about 3600 GBP.
I talked to a friend living there and he said the housing (including rent, utilities and taxes) would be about 2000 GBP per month and that kindergarten would be about 1000 GBP per month.
That would make the offer very unattractive (living me with only 600 GBP for travel expenses and food).
My questions are:
Can anyone give me a sense of the housing and kindergarten costs in London (I am ready to live in Zone 3 and even a bit further)
does the 15,000 $ one time relocation bonus reflect the costs of moving.
What are the chances of my wife who is a mid level manager getting a Job in the UK.
