Building A London Budget

Ok, we are in the process of negotiating a relocation package to London from Kansas City. Basically it looks like when the company relo experts are done it will come out to a 100% Cola intended to be an all inclusive offset. We will also get tax equalization which I know is huge.

So, I've calculated what we should net based on the increased gross and converted it back to GBL and now have to calculate approximate living costs other than actual rent which obviously varies wildly depending on where we choose to live.

Trying to get rough ball park numbers to plug into my worst case scenario so that I don't get over extended get here and find I can't enjoy it because we are broke.

We are a family of 4 - one teenager, 16 who will need to go to one of the international schools (have tuition rates from all but ISL) and a 2 yr old who will go into Brit system.

Here's what I need to plug in (let me know what I am missing)

Council Tax
TV License
Satelite or Cable TV
High Speed Internet
Telephone (home)
Cellular
Electric
Gas
Water
Groceries
Transit Fees/Passes (per person)
Renters Insurance
Car Insurance (rough est. nothing fancy)
Last but definitely not least....cost of a Venti Latte from Starbucks
