Nannies in London (Hampstead)

Hi,

We've just relocated to London and found a flat in Hampstead. I'm now in the process of looking for a nanny in our area. I've heard that gumtree's website and the American embassy are good places to start. Does anyone have any other suggestions that they've used and would recommend?

PS-- gfpowers, Hampstead/Belsize Park are lovely areas. Although it is unfortunately on the dreaded Northern line, we really liked that it's a very kid-friendly area and right on the heath. FYI--tons of Americans in the area. It's definitely called "little America" for a reason.
