Student Couple Need Tips

Hello All,

I posted this before but I think it went out only to Shelly. Please read below.

My husband was just accepted into school in the U.K (U of East London) and we will be there for at least 2 years

I was wondering about Health Care - I will not be a student - any idea how health care works for spouses? We will be there for at least 2 years and may plan to have a baby and I imagine it can get very expensive if the university won't cover us.

Also we will be at the Docklands campus and the University says they do not have accomadation for married couples. Any suggestions where we can find a cheap & safe apartment?

I know I will be able to work there if we get a 6 months or longer visa but we will be on a tight budget until I get that job (international fees and all) Can anyone reccomend what things we can bring? We will most likely be shipping items using air cargo.

Thanks for any tips in advance.....

Humaira
