Hi - Just received my relo offer and would like some feedback. My primary concern is that I have two children (5 and 7) and my company is not offering to cover any tuition. (On a related note, I'd like feedback on sending American children to British schools).
So, the offer I have is:
$125K Base Salary
$125K Commissionable $'s
(the above represents my current compensation package)
$185K COLA
Total Estimated Annual Earnings = $435K
My company will also cover movement of goods to and from the UK, a $5,000 "setup bonus," tax equalization and a couple of trips home annually for my family.
All in all I believe it's fair but would like some feedback on what is missing and on the issue of school tuition.
