Where to Start: Moving from Australia to UK

Hi, my husband & I are wanting to move to the UK from QLD Australia.

My concern is finding a job, as we are both young (26 & 27) & have no formal qualifications. My husband works as a CAD designer in an engineering company & I work as an employment consultant, but however, am wanting to finish my diploma in Remedial Massage before moving over.

How hard do you think it will be getting employment as a massage therapist or CAD designer?? I have been searching for massage jobs & cannot find ANY!

Also, what is the average cost of rental p/month for a small apartment- i realise we could not afford to live in London, somewhere approx. 30-40mins train ride from London would be fine. I just have no idea where to start when looking for a residence! Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
