MOVING TO LONDON WITH CHILDREN

We are a family of 5. We are currently living in a village near geneva. My husband has an offer on Oxford street. I'd be looking for a job as a teacher. Ideally we'd like to have a max of 40min commuting, live in a house and have walking/hiking trails available at WE! Our children would need to go to the French school or to an English school which offers support to non English-speakers. Can anybody help? I know it is quite a vast question. Thanks.
