Need advice on US to London

I've been offered a position to open up our London office my company. Obviously, the thing I'm most nervous about is getting a fair package. It's for a 2 year assignment with possibility of longer. Here are the terms:

Salary - 80K GBP (current salary is $100K US)
Housing (incl taxes) - paid for by company
Moving Expenses - paid for by company
Tax Equalization - should be able to obtain that

These are the very general terms. Is this a fair offer?

PS - one more thing I'd like to be able to do, is come up with a fair itemization on my own to justify a potentially higher amount. Any thoughts?
