US citizen moving to UK?

I am US citizen, married to UK citizen (US resident for 20 years).... considering moving to England to be near his family in 3-4 months. Expecting first child right now, move after birth??? I am US attorney and realtor. He is US business owner. Any advice on resources to see if this is feasible? Will I be able to work, health care, etc..... What does he have to do? Thanks in advance.
