Seeking Music Programs for talented teenage son

My family is seriously considering a move from the US to London. One key requirement I am trying to address is my teenage son's keen interest and talent in music. He is about to begin 8th grade and if we moved to London, we would stay through his high school years.

I am seeking schools (international/private or possibly public) that have very strong music programs. In school, he has become the lead drummer in the jazz band and is very keen to be in a marching band drum line. He also has a rock band (writes original music and lyrics that are quite good) and we would seek outlets for him to join up with other like minded musicians. He also plays piano and clarinet.

If we relocate, my office would be in North London, so any schools/clubs/programs in the areas of Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Golders Green, Islington and surrounding vicinity would be most convenient.
