Salary conversion from Sao Paulo to London

I've seeing so many good answer in this forum that I'm hoping to find help here. I'm negotiating with my company to be relocated to London from Sao Paulo. But I'm extremely disappointed with the salary they offered me, simply converting my current salary to GBP. I'm fully aware of the huge cost of living difference, and I'm actually thinking they are just checking if I know that and I would accept this salary.

I'm looking for salary conversion tools, but the one calculator many sites link to - http://moving.move.com/move/tools/SalaryCalcInt.asp - is not working for international calculation anymore. So if there is any other tool or resource to help me to calculate the correct conversion, I appreciate any help. thank you!
