Texas to London relo package

I've done a lot of research, and plan to decline, but I'm hoping for some re-assurance to backup this decision.

I currently make $100,000 USD in Austin TX, and have been offered (after much back and forth) the following package by my company to relocate to their London office for a 2 year period:

- 95,000 GBP
- 3 months stay in corporate housing
- relocation bonus for moving expenses (roughly 1 month's salary)

That's all the package covers. No additional terms have been dictated. This is their maximum offer, and they will not provide a housing stipend.

I have the added challenge of owning a home that would be unwise to sell (it's in a rapidly gentrifying part of town and selling it now would be foolish). As a result I'd have about $2200USD of expenses per month that I would have to maintain, which could be mitigated slightly if I'm able to find an amazingly flexible renter but this seems very unlikely. This also puts me at risk of changes in currency valuation.

Cap this off with the fact that my fiancee might have to give up her income as it's unlikely she can transfer with her company. This alone makes the move a net loss, but for the sake of this discussion I'd like to focus on the offer I've received.

Was it a reasonable offer, or am I being wise in my decision to decline?
