More salary calculators

Expecting to get an relo offer soon. Currently, I live in St. Louis, MO and the move would be to London. I am married with 2 young children, ages 6 and 3.

Saw a recent post about salary calculators. Found reed.co.uk quite helpful. I was wondering if anyone knew of any others, as I try to gather as much information for the package negotiations.

Also, any tips on other aspects of the package would be appreciated. Right now, I plan to ask for the following.

-Tube and Train passes
-Housing allowance
-Tax equalization and filing assistance
-Reasonable moving expenses, including a trip for my wife and I
-Visa fees and passports for my children
- 1 trip back to the States per year for my family
- Car allowance

Does anyone know of any "musts" that I should include in the negotiations?
