How do I avoid my US Credit Score tanking while I'm in the UK?
I moved to the UK in August 2008 and from creditors' perspective, I cease to (positively) exist.
My US credit card limit (which maintains a $0 balance and I pay off monthly) was recently SIGNIFICANTLY reduced and the CC company says it's because I don't use it regularly enough.
Because my earnings are entirely in the US and it doesn't look like I have an income, it's negatively affecting my credit rating (and my ability to get credit in the US).
While I don't travel frequently to the US (maybe 2 times a year), I'll eventually move back-- and I still have debt there that I'm paying off. How do I keep this expat assignment from killing my good credit in the US?
