Moving to Northampton from Seattle

14 years ago
My husband got a job that will put him in Northampton sometime in July. The kids and I will follow a few months after. Anyone have any information on the town and living there in general? Transportation? Schools as we have a 16, 10 and 4 year old? How is the housing? Will we as Americans be recieved decently or will my children have problems?
We lived in Milan, Itlay about 13 years ago but for some reason this move seems more daunting. Any information/advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
