There are many property,s advertised in such places as Craiglsist etc. that are scams especially vacation rentals also long lease i.e owner is doing "Gods Work" in Africa .Some are to obtain all your personal info others to fleece you for the deposit and fees also Realtors are not licenced and when showing a property another always shows up and mentions another interested party and another higher offer will be called in and you will be told you have to better that offer to secure the flat This applies to most of the larger agencies also
