Moving to the UK

I would have been married to a Brit for 4 years and want to move back to England with him. I also want to take my two children who are adults (ages 20 and 22 by the time we depart) Hubby would have his 10 year green card for the us by then. Sadly due to meduical bills and such we will be filing bankruptcy shortly before we depart. All of husbands fam is in the uk and we are not thriving in the us. How difficult will it be to get the docs needed to be able to work and live in the uk and access the NHS? how long does it take and what is the cost for processing? I have been to the sites that speak of this but am confused by them so simple explanation is appreciated :) Thanks!
