Brazilian Citizen wants to move to Europe

Hi,
Im a Brazilian citizen, and would like to move out to Europe, so I was wondering about the possibilities of working legally at the EU, what do I need to do? is there a way, since am not part of the EU.
I speak Portuguese, English and some Spanish, learning some Italian at the moment.
