Migration dilema

Hi, I'm a 27 year old working, single woman in Malaysia who born and raised purely in Malaysia. All my education certificates also solely from Malaysia. Since child I did dreams of serving the country and make changes for my country. Honestly I do love Malaysia. But now I'm not sure anymore.
All because of politics in Malaysia. I loss the passion to work here day by day. In 2009, I visited UK for the first time by myself, alone for holiday. Since that day, I fall in love with UK. I'm dying to go there again. I've thought of migrating there recently. My heart even smiles when I saw UK TV series or movies. I've searched many ways to go there. But, here comes the problems and issues that worries me. I never tells anybody about my plans. Can you at least advice me about some of the issues.

1) I have a really really stable job here in Malaysia. I still have 1 year compulsory contract with government. After that, I'm free to quit the government if I wish. If not, I may stay there for as long as I want. So, leaving Malaysia is like leaving my stable job and go for uncertainty. If I want to further my studies, I need to tie another contract with government and another few years of compulsory services. I need advice about it.

2) I came from a huge family but not so close among my uncles and aunts. Siblings are close but that's not what ties me to Malaysia. It's my parents. They are still alive and not so well and need me. I'm the only child that's not married yet. That's feels like a responsibility to me.

3) I'm a one talent person. I have no other talent. So, it might be difficult for me if I move to UK considering getting a job like mine is difficult if you are not from EU countries.

4) I've came up with a plan of making UK as my holiday country. Buy a home there and visit there yearly or twice a year. But, house maintaining needs a lot of money and I'm not that rich.

5) I even thought of marry UK citizen for a spot there. I don't need citizen. PR is enough for me. Loveless marriage is also fine by me. None of my family member ever done this crazy idea.

See, I'm still in dilemma whether to move or not. I'm also worried about people's accepting for who I am in UK.
