Experienced sonographer researching moving to Uk

I am an ultrasound tech/instructor looking to move to the UK due to the shortages there. Still trying to decide on London vs Dublin. Moving there with my husband and son who will be graduating high school. He would like to enroll in music school. My husband will be both a citizen of the US and Ireland when we go there. I will also be working on duall citizenship for my son. Any suggestions on a good recruiter, place to live, and work situation? Thanks!
