Cornwall

My fiance is visiting family in Cornwall and she loves it so much there she doesn't want to come back, But she wants to me move over and live there with her. I am from Ohio and I am 23. She is wanting to move there in Febuary of next year, What steps do I need to take to make this happen? I'm going to apply for my Passport next weekend. Thank you, Any advice is appreciated.
