Moving to London with family of 3 / Single parent & 2 boys 15/6

Hi,

There is a chance I might move to London and annual salary with some bonus could be around 50K pounds. My work place would be in London Heathrow area. I have two school going boys 15 & 7 yo. and we are German citizen with Indian ethnicity.

Can anyone shed some light on quality of life with this salary, what might be possible in terms of getting a decent 1-2 BR flat nearby the Airport. And what about schools, my younger son will be going then to grade 2 and elder one in grade 11. any idea if schools help children to adjust in the new education system.

what possibilies do I have to get a nanny/baby sitter or Au'pair.
