Questions on UK move

I recently married a British citizen who has been living in the US for many years. We have decided to move to the UK next year and would like to know what we need to do to make this happen. My husband is a small business owner that can apply his trade anywhere in the world. I am in the airline industry and would like to pursue work in the airline industry in the UK. Any help someone can give us would be much appreciated. Thanks!
