schools with support

Hi,
We have possibility to move to London this summer. I have a son who will turn 5 on July. Finding a school will be the most challenging part. I need help in one specific issue about this:
My son doesn't have any disorder but still having some difficulties adopting to the school. Currently he's having therapy for motor development (OT) and to support his socializing skills. I need a school who is open to differences in kids and ready to support kids when they have difficulty in any area. (not a special needs school though) Schools looking for a 'perfect child' will not work for us. We will have financial support from the company so private schools can be an option for me. Do you have any school recommendation or any tip for me to search for it?
Any help will be appreciated.
