Checklist needed for what to bring when moving to UK

Hi I'm currently planning to move to the UK in August. I am a teacher and have a job lined up with an agency but am wondering about how to pack for this?!
I am an australian so not used to the cold necessarily so would love to know what people think when packing?

Not planning to bring any extra living stuff like bedding etc as I'm moving to manchester and apparently there's heaps of furnished apartments as well as charity shops where you can stock up on the necessities.

I am moving for an indeterminate time so will need to pack for all seasons as well as for travelling and I've never really travelled before!

What kinds of things would you recommend taking and leaving behind?
