Moving to the UK with spouse

My British husband and I are moving to the UK this year. We want to be certain to cover all bases and would like to know if anyone knows if it is necessary for us to:
1. Show we have 18,600 GBP in our American bank account or UK bank account. Or does it matter which?
2. Show he has a job offer starting within 3 months of moving to the UK, (he plans to work until he can build the business he has in the US).
3. Provide his previous 12 months of tax information from the US business?
We can provide all three, however we do not want to appear over the top as well. Thanks so much!
