EU Spouse finding work in UK

Hi, I am an Australian who recently married an Italian citizen and i'm currently residing in Italy. I do possess an Italian renewable visa which they called 'Permesso di siggiorno' to stay in Italy. Does anyone know if I can use that spousal visa to work anywhere in the EU, particularly the UK? I've googled but seen mixed messages online...

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.
