Dutch and Chinese femal expatriates needed for masters thesis research

Hello everyone,

My name is Gerard Stubbs, a student of Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK.

I am conducting a piece of research for my masters thesis on expatriate adjustment.

The aim of the research is to see whether 'Cultural Distance' (how different the host country is to the expatriates home country) affects adjustment of expatriates to the host country.

In particular I will be researching self initiated expatriates from Holland and China who have relocated to the UK.

Due to trends in the rise of education level, the decrease in age, and the rise in female expatriates, this study will focus on those fitting this criteria.

I realise your time is valuable and would greatly appreciate any expressions of interest to participate. This research will contribute to the management of expatriates and in particular female expatriates.
