Short term rental apartment in Montevideo?

Unlike Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires, Montevideo doesn't have enough or appropiate short term rental apartments for those people who come here for holidays, job or to know their future city. In some cases the most important it is the transport and apartment facilities and not how close to the beach it is located.

I want to know from you that have travelled a lot if you feel more confortable with a daily, weekly or monthly rental fee. I have full remodelated an apartment in the most emblematic building of the city (the Salvo Palace) and I want to do it right.
