Paypal Money Transfer

Hi,
we are planning a move and I wanted to see if anyone else does online work where they get paid via paypal. Have you had success transferring that money into an Uruguayan bank account or are there any issues with that? Also, I'm hoping that my online freelancing work can qualify for the income requirement to get residency, if anyone has any experience or information about that we'd be so thankful.
