I need a "Pen-pal", please!

Greetings, all!
My wife & I are planning on relocating to Uruguay later this year. We are planning on an 8-week "fact finding" excursion to the area shortly before we fully commit to the plan.
What I could really use in the meantime is this: a "pen-pal" to clue us in on the details of living in Uruguay. At this time, we are very interested in the area around Salto. If you currently live there, I'd really like to pick your brain on some things from time-to-time. If you have a few minutes per week to swap emails, I'd sure appreciate it!
