vaccines

I was hoping for some advice with vaccine information. I have looked it up on the web, but was interested in what protocols expats have used. We will possibly be traveling to U with 2 kids, both of whom are partially vaccinated. CDC recommends all routine vaccinations and Hep A and Typhoid. We would be there a month and traveling all around looking for a relocation site. Any thoughts, how common is Hep A and Typhoid in U? Thanks-
