Caregiving in or around Montevideo

Hi Everyone!

I've been living in Montevideo for about a month now and am finding it to be a great experience. Finding work has been a challenge but I expected this. I am writing to ask of there are any retirement communities around Montevideo. I am a certified nurse aid with years of experience in caregiving. If not communities per se, perhaps there is an area to which older expats flock?
I am also an experienced and certified English teacher. I've taught people of all ages but worked primarily with children. I've made a few contacts in the ESL world in Montevideo but am hopeful to make more.
If anyone out there has any suggestions or can point me in a direction of prospective employment I would certainly be grateful!
