Medical Exam

Greetings Everyone,

Thank you for being so helpful here at this forum. Your contributions are appreciated.

Can anyone here explain the process for the medical exam? Does one need to set aside a day or a half day. If one chooses a privately owned facility, what are the options? Is there a British Hospital where they speak English?

There seem to be differing accounts of what tests involved, where could I find out for certain?
